ASCAP, a PRO (publishing rights organization) which collects royalties for Radio, TV and the Top Grossing Concerts in the US, has been super helpful to me today. I had to register a bunch of titles.
Your other options are BMI and SESAC, which I always tell writers/publishers to register with whom you have the best relationship with.

New Music - Pavy’s “Middle Class Ignorance”
Born and raised on the south side of Chicago, Pavy is predestined to be successful in the hip hop industry. Since grasping hold of a pen at the tender age of 14, this lyricist has grown into what will be known worldwide as “The Prophet”. His profuse passion and love for music isn’t hard to grasp when listening to his songs. What started out as a hobby for this young man, became the one thing that others define as his “calling”. Last year, he linked up with local label S.U.H. Entertainment to release his first project entitled “Jackin’ For Beats Vol.1″. The surprising success of the project spawned over 6,000 internet downloads. His latest release, entitled Middle Class Ignorance, features tracks from producers such as Capital K, Keeynote, DC and a few others are sure to make the album self-explanatory. His use of collaborations with his labelmates, D2G and Ashley Laschelle, make the album very much a collaborative S.U.H. album that not only shows maturity in being comfortable enough to share the spotlight, but a sense of teamwork from within the label and the Chicago community itself. Collaborators also include rappers Vic Spencer, The Boy Illinois, Capital K, Cashflow Ellis, and R&B singer JDP. Middle Class Ignorance is an album that is accomplishes the difficult task of mixing different genres, yet remaining true to Hip-Hop. Standouts include “Neglect”, “Confusion”, “Left Shoulder vs. Right Shoulder”, and “Stream of Consciousness”. According to Pavy, the middle two will be released as future single from the album. Pavy is a definitely an artist that will take us by storm with his “my life” lyricism, charming flow, and witty punchlines and ideas. This song was written and co-produced by Chelsea, Andre, and Eric Weddle. It was recording during their time in L.A. and the artist is Canela Cox, a phenomenal vocalist. It’s a couple of years old, but the song fuses the some of the best skills of all involved. Check it out!!!
